The Vendor Forum is a ground up "rethinking" of the roles vendors play within an educational forum.
- The Vendor Forum capitalizes on the knowledge and expertise of hardware, software and service providers within the document space through educational sessions and vendor presentations.

The components of the Vendor Forum include:
- Integrated meeting areas where vendors and users can discuss problems, solutions and give demos.
- New "vendor panels" that provides insight into the direction of vendor companies (limited availability)
