Resort Transportation Services (Located in TradeWinds Island Grand Lobby)

• Resort Transportation Services, LLC provides 24 hour transportation and is located in the TradeWinds Island Grand lobby. They have Lincoln Town Cars and Shuttles. You can call locally at +1-727-343-3303 or toll-free at +1-866-403-3303.
• Advance reservations are required for airport service and a sedan for up to 4 people is approximately $65 from Tampa International Airport. Call early and provide your flight schedule and cell phone number. They will do their best to coordinate with other attendees so you can share the cost of your ride. On the day of your pick up, they monitor your flight and will meet you at luggage pick up.
• Once you are at the TradeWinds Island Grand, Resort Transportation Services will be happy to assist you in coordinating any additional transportation needs.

Car Rental

• In general, the conference is during peak winter season in Florida. Cars will go fast and you should make your reservations early. Prices vary by company and requested car type.
• As a reminder, AVIS allows Xplor members to participate in the AVIS Corporate Rewards Program. Use Xplor's Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number B045700 and ask for the "best rate" when making your rental reservation. Visit www.avis.com for reservations.
• HERTZ is located in the TradeWinds Island Grand lobby. Visit www.hertz.com for reservations.
• Dollar and Enterprise are also located in St. Pete Beach.

SuperShuttle International

• SuperShuttle International and ExecuCar Transportation offers direct service seven days a week. The TradeWinds Island Grand is the first stop in the St. Pete Beach area. Reservations can be booked through their website, www.supershuttle.com. Approximate roundtrip charge in SuperShuttle van with up to 10 people is $46 per person.

Taxi Service

• Taxi service is also an option and is readily available from Tampa International Airport. A taxi is approximately $75-$90 from Tampa International Airport.
