Xplor International announced its EDP (Electronic Document Professional) class of 2008 at Xplor’s Awards Ceremony on March 5, 2009 in Florida. Electronic Document Professional (EDP) is an industry designation awarded to qualified individuals who have demonstrated broad knowledge of and experience in digital communication-whether in print, over internal networks, or online-from document creation to distribution. The class of 2008 represents the18th certified class since 1991. |

Networking opportunities are always a special feature of Xplor's Global Conference experience, and 2009 was no exception. The first evening, attendees participated in Xplor Olympics, an event sponsored by Doculynx. The next night, the opening of the exhibits was celebrated at a reception in the The Pavilion sponsored by InfoPrint Solutions Company and My Print 09. And last but certainly not least was the spring break party, an annual event sponsored by Kodak. This year everyone enjoyed a wonderful buffet dinner and live music! Xplor's Global Conference & Exhibition brought back an exhibition complete with pipe and drape exhibits and staffed by providers of hardware, software, and services for the digital document community. The settting in the Pavilion provided an intimate exhibition for attendees and exhibitors to mingle, network, and hear in real time about vendor's products, services, and solutions. |
