Xplor International announced its EDP (Electronic Document Professional) class of 2007 at Xplor’s Awards Ceremony on March 4 in Boston. Electronic Document Professional (EDP) is an industry designation awarded to qualified individuals who have demonstrated broad knowledge of and experience in digital communication-whether in print, over internal networks, or online-from document creation to distribution. Xplor named 10 new members to the over 500 certified EDP’s worldwide. |

Networking opportunities are always a special feature of the XDU Global Conference experience, and 2008 was no exception. XDU attendees went to Xplor Region & Chapter meetings followed by an XDU Happy Hour in addition to the XDU Opening Reception and enjoyed these events with friends, old and new! |

Once again Kodak sponsored our Spring Break Party at Cheers™ Faneuil Hall Marketplace, the seat of American history in Boston. It was a wonderful place to wine and dine, to eat and drink, and to have a good time. Xplorers enjoyed the entire venue that included the Stage Bar and Café, a replica of the Hollywood set built by Paramount Pictures, and the Pub at Cheers which resembles the bar that inspired the setting of the TV series. There was also Sam’s Café at Cheers decorated with Boston sports memorabilia and Cheers items. It was a quite a celebration thanks to our sponsor – Kodak! |
