    Bob Stier Biography: Bob Stier is Director, Product Development, Correspondence Communications at First Data Resources, Omaha, Nebraska. Following a military career, he joined First Data Output Services Organization in 1994, and was responsible for routing and distribution of client information. He was director of Print and Distribution Services for three years prior to his present position. His current job responsibilities involve developing and enhancing products associated with written correspondence; and researching current and developing technologies for potential product and manufacturing applications. Associated with this effort is his involvement in strategic planning of new products and product evolution. Bob has participated in a number of technical and advisory committees and currently is a member of the Kodak XJTC and Xerox Executive Advisory Council.
Description:  No look at technology should begin without a careful assessment of where you are today. This class, presented by a veteran of a number of technology changes and upgrades, walks through the process of doing a self evaluation. What questions should you ask? Who should be involved? This is the starting point for preparing for change!
