| Individual Membership |
| Individual Members provides a person in the industry full member benefits including attendance at the Xplor Document University events and local meetings at a member discount. Individual memberships are not transferable. Multiple memberships within an organization are permitted. If your company or organization has four or more individuals participating in Xplor activities, you may wish to consider the Corporate Member option.

Corporate Membership |
| Corporate Membership provides up to five people from the same organization full membership benefits, including attendance at the Xplor Document University events at a member discount. Global Conference & Exhibit participation is limited to five persons, but need not be the same five listed on the membership application. A Primary Contact must be designated for administrative purposes, and will be the individual to whom membership renewal notices are delivered. Multiple Corporate Memberships within an organization are permitted.

| Corporate Plus Membership |
| This option allows up to 25 people from the same organization to become members with full membership benefits. Conference participation at the member discount is unlimited. A Primary Contact must be designated for administrative purposes. Multiple Corporate Plus Memberships within an organization are permitted. (Contact one of Xplor International’s offices for amounts in other currencies)

| NEW - Subscription Membership - U.S. and Canada Only |
Subscription Membership provides a limited membership for people who are unemployed from one to 12 months, for those people working outside the industry, for students and retired people. Subscription Members have access to the Members Hub and will receive all the electronic publications. They are welcome at all Xplor professional networking opportunities at the member rate and are encouraged to consult local officers for meetings and other benefits.
Subscription members are not eligible to participate in the Region and Chapter elections, nor are they eligible for product services and conference discounts.
