About 2011 Xplor® International Conference & Vendor Forum
The Xplor International Conference & Vendor Forum can best be described simply as a "one of a kind" event. It is the perfect blend of information, knowledge and networking, integrating both the end user and vendor communities in a three day, intimate format.
What makes it "one of a kind" ...
- The Conference Curriculum - Xplor educational events are consistently rated the highest in the industry for content and relevancy. Our conference curriculum is created by our members, past attendees and vendor forum participants. This ensures relevant information, highlighting best practices and trends, that spans the spectrum of Customer Communications.
- The Networking -The whole three day event is designed to get people talking with one another, discuss their issues, share information and establish ongoing relationships with their peers. We have set the stage, combining lunches and daily networking events that effectively get people engaged, even allowing for a bit of fun.
- The Vendor Forum - The Vendor Forum is an integral part of the three day event. Limited to 35 vendor companies, the vendors not only participate in the pipe and drape exhibition area, they also share knowledge in sessions, attend sessions and participate in networking events.
- The Location - Not only is Florida in April a good place to be, the TradeWinds Island Grand Hotel and Conference Center on St. Pete Beach is a perfect setting for this event. Attendees staying at the TradeWinds will be in close proximity to session rooms and networking events. The five onsite restaurants will ensure that you run into other conference attendees during downtime, another opportunity to network. The Xplor negotiated rate of $189 (which includes a daily event value package) is an excellent rate for the TradeWinds, particularly in April. You will not pay daily resort fees. Be sure to make your reservation before March 6 (or Xplor's block is full) to take advantage of this great rate.
This is not a large tradeshow where you get lost in the crowd because it was designed that way. The combination of world class education, ongoing networking and a vibrant vendor forum will leave you with new contacts, solutions and best practices that you can take back to your company. All it takes is one or two ideas to have an impact.
