SOLD OUT - ALTERNATIVE HOTEL - THE ALDEN BEACH RESORT & SUITES - SOLD OUT
Although we would love to have you stay with the other Xplorers at the TradeWinds Island Grand, it has "sold out" for a few of our conference nights. As an alternative, the Alden Beach Resort & Suites, is a short walk to and from the Tradewinds. They have committed a small block of rooms at a rate of $209 on March 16, 17, and 18. Other dates will be based on availability so extended stays may be possible, although the weekend rates may change or not be available.
Since this is a special negotiated rate (approx. $100 discount from best online rate), reservations cannot be made online. Guests must call 1-800-237-2530 as soon as possible. As is standard, one night stay will be charged to a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy, per room or suite, per night and are subject to state and local tax, currently 12%. Children under 18 are complimentary when sharing a room. Each additional person 18 years of age and older will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 per room, per night.
- All room types are furnished with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and in-room safe.
- Based on availability, negotiated room rates are available 3 days prior and 3 days after your conference reservation of March 16-19, 2010. Come early or stay late for a mini-vacation. Hotel has a children's program and activity area available.
- Xplor offers a networking events ticket for your companion. It's available for purchase with a Platinum Passport.
- TradeWinds Island Grand features 5 "sit & relax" restaurants, 4 "grab & go" stops, and room service. There are other dining options within walking distance.
- Guests may check in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11 a.m. Please consult the front desk for availability and charges associated with early check-in or late checkout. If you arrive early or stay later, complimentary luggage storage is available.
- There are other hotel options within walking distance. There will be no shuttle service provided from these hotels.
- Parking for non-overnight drive-in guests will be subject to availability and will be charged a parking rate, which is currently $15.00 per day.
